Where is my order?

All products are made-to-order, meaning that they will be made as orderes are recived. Shipping time may vary depending on specific item and/or number of items ordered. Shipping typically occurs within 7-10 days.

Why is there a delay in my order?

Shipping time may vary depending on product and/or number of products ordered. Any unexpexted delays in your order will be sent to you by email. Otherwise, you can expect your order to arrive within 7-10 business days. 

Do you do commisions?

At this time, we do not take commissions and all requests for such will be denied. Products are only available as listed online unless noted otherwise. If there is a variation of our product you would like to see in our store, please send us a product suggestion form!

There's something I would like to order but it's not on in your store. What do I do?

If there is a variation of one of our products that you would like to suggest for our store, please send us a product suggestion form. Suggestions made by the consumer may not be honored, depending on availability of product materials or time required to make the product. Email updates about requests will be sent to you in 2-3 business days.

How can I contact you about my order?

All orders are handmade. Please allow 7-10 business days for shipping. 

For questions about your order, please email us at info@assortedfindings.com that includes your name, your order number the product(s) you ordered, and the date you ordered them. 

Why are you called Assorted Findings?

Because we offer a "lil bit of everything" (hopefully) for everyone! So, just like the packs of "assorted findings" you can buy at the local craft store, we hope to provide options for everyone!
